Rooted in Europe with a truly global reach, W.I.N. operates as a mission based organization. It is run by a small multicultural and multitalented team. It is mentored by an international board of advisors and works with partners such as diversity driven world-class companies and regional and global women’s networks. It is funded through participation fees, sponsorships, contributions and volunteering.

W.I.N. is process oriented, focusing on learning and on how we do anything we do. The rules are simple: be open to learn, willing to connect, quick to contribute, ready to take risks, and open to have fun and receive and feel the magic.
