Today, Women’s International Networking (W.I.N.) is an internationally recognized platform engaging thousands of people worldwide. Participating with W.I.N. means joining the future. It means being part of a movement that drives innovation, fosters diversity, gives hope and inspires potential. W.I.N. develops, empowers and connects leaders worldwide through the following initiatives:

W.I.N. Conference – the annual global leadership program. The interactive content of the three-plus day annual conference includes a global overview, work and career issues and leadership and personal growth topics. They all focus on boosting creativity, exploring and applying feminine power and accelerating innovation and change. The program is carefully designed utilizing a systems approach and through a vision for the future based on authenticity and an approach using feminine leadership models.

W.I.N. Corporate – addressing business challenges with international corporations with a special focus on women in leadership, diversity and inclusion. A full day is dedicated to corporate issues; with workshops, working groups, business luncheons and other platforms geared toward engaging corporate employees to go forward within their organisations and ultimately be the change they seek.

W.I.N. Community – member events and activities mobilizing women worldwide. Upon leaving the W.I.N. global conference, many participants want to continue the conversation – and this is the place to do it! We offer full support from women on all continents to keep working women and their issues foremost in their respective countries and communities.

W.I.N. Development – scholarship and training initiatives that empower. W.I.N. thinks globally, but acts locally. Enterprising women are selected to attend the W.I.N. conference and then turn around and empower others in their local communities. Business partnerships, new NGOs, and more have been formed through this important aspect of W.I.N.

Participant Profile

Over 60% of W.I.N. delegates work for corporations or large organisations, while 40% are small business owners, professionals, entrepreneurs, politicians, artists, NGO members and international civil servants. The W.I.N. appeal stretches fully across the entire age spectrum, attracting delegates worldwide 20 to 70 years of age, with the core group mirroring professionals from 31 to 50 years of age.
