The morning is dedicated to participants from corporations or international organizations who work with women’s issues, diversity and inclusion and leadership. The focus is organizational.

Women as innovators of the corporation
With rapid global change an increasingly multicultural workforce and a planet in need for care, how can leaders incorporate (feminine) principles of caring, sharing, win-win approaches to negotiation, receptivity and empathy that result in a more sustainable, diverse and inclusive way of running business? For what are the new visions and how are women impacting and innovating current business models? How can we, as leaders, bring vitality and commitment into organizations and its people moving into the future that benefits all. What are the barriers? What are the opportunities?

Case studies, highlighting innovative programs give opportunities to benchmark best practices, brainstorm and find creative solutions.
