W.I.N. was created in 1998 for women's networks and their outstanding members to advance the situation of women working internationally.
Why does this event matter?
The W.I.N. global conference is the cornerstone of an ambitious initiative to develop a global influence network of feminine leaders who can create a real impact by bringing new leadership, values and direction to careers, corporations, new enterprises, communities and political organizations worldwide.
The W.I.N. global conference is also passionately concerned with offering practical solutions to help women develop their creativity, acknowledge their strengths and attain new competencies. Our aim is for participants to leave the conference equipped to lead more fulfilling lives, both personally and professionally.
