Congratulations, today is our day to celebrate, reflect, revisit our dreams and review our goals. Yes, today is the International Women’s Day, and the United Nations place it under the theme “Meeting challenges, creating change”

Here at W.I.N. we have been working in this direction over the last 9 years. We have given ourselves the mission to inspire women leaders to action for positive global change, world-wide. We do not only believe but are convinced that women have a vital role to play in this century. Each and every one of us has the power to influence, to decide, to lead and to be a change agent. Women’s empowered leadership is the key to transforming organizations, communities and ourselves. W.I.N. believes that efficient change has to happen under a new paradigm where values such as compassion, win-win approaches to negotiation, empathy, caring and sharing play a fundamental role. We are also convinced that women have a responsibility today to elevate leadership (personal and professional) to the next level.

On this very special day we encourage you to join the W.I.N. vision which says:

“.. to develop, empower and connect feminine leaders and bring a strong, authentic, global and different leadership which inspires and guides communities, corporations, supranational institutions, political organizations and entrepreneurship world-wide”

Come join our vision, join our events and be part of inspiring women leaders to action world-wide.
