Dear W.I.N. friends, partners and newcomers,
Since it's creation in 1997 W.I.N. and its supporters have come a long way on a path of purpose and pleasure, performance and passion. And above all a path of inspiration and motivation to move together towards a caring and sharing leadership.
This is why, all through this special anniversary year, W.I.N. stands more than ever for inspiration. Over the past ten years W.I.N. has inspired thousands of women, and has changed the world for them. Today thousands of women inspire W.I.N. to continue the journey towards authenticity, light and a more productive workplace.
We are always vigilant and determined, and in this spirit I want to open our anniversary year with one of Paolo Coelho's philosophical thoughts from his Manual of the Warrior of Light, our warrior being a women…
"The Warrior of light is always vigilant. She does not ask anyone else for permission to wield her sword; she simply takes it in her hands. Nor does she waste time explaining her actions; she gives her answer in what she does.
She looks to either side of her and identifies her friends, She looks behind her and identifies her opponents. She is implacable with treachery, but she does not seek revenge; she merely drives away the enemies of her life, never fighting with them any longer than is necessary.
A warrior does not try to seem, she it."
Wishing you love and courage,
Kristin Engvig

Bring along a friend or colleague to discover the intellectual spa for mind and soul, which is W.I.N.
W.I.N. 2007 will be a stimulating combination of plenary sessions, panel discussions and interactive sessions. Numerous workshops, coaching labs, facilitated networking sessions and social events offer an ideal mix of learning, sharing, connecting and active involvement.
Oslo – a breath of fresh air
Oslo is a breath of fresh air, from its pioneering stance on women’s rights to its inspirational setting in some of the most impressive natural beauty imaginable. Opt for the compact tree-lined streets of the center with its museums, Michelin-rated restaurants and eclectic shopping or jump on the subway and in minutes you find yourself in the wilderness. No matter what you are looking for, you will find refreshing perspectives in this remarkable capital.
Mobilizing Women Tour
Zurich, 8th March 2007 from 18h00 to 22h00, including light dinner.
To mark the International Women's Day, W.I.N. has organized a special evening event in cooperation with PWG (Professional Women Group): the "Mobilizing Women Tour".
What inspires great women and men to make small and big project happen? What is the secret of their success? How can we mobilize ourselves, become inspired and inspire others? And how can we make things happen to the benefit of all?
The first part of the evening is conducted by a panel, and you will hear amazing women tell their stories. Learn how they make it happen and how they involve others. The second part will be interactive and mobilize the knowledge, talent and experience in the room for the benefit of all.

W.I.N. Scholarship Program
The W.I.N. vision "inspiring women worldwide" includes the goal that everybody who exemplifies the potential to become the women leaders of tomorrow should be supported to join the Annual Global Leadership Forum. Financial reasons should not prohibit their participation. In order to achieve the global scope of this vision, the W.I.N. scholarship fund has been established.
Each year W.I.N. offers financial support to a select number of participants via our scholarship program and has subsequently made the hopes of many women come true. After her W.I.N. experience, a previous scholarship winner from Nigeria announced: “W.I.N. touched my life in a way that I can never forget. I believe that my action will make impact in Nigeria”.
In 2006 we awarded 35 scholarships – one of our major objectives during this anniversary year is to increase this number, and it would be a wonderful success if we could double it! Would you like to help achieve this goal? For more information please go to: http://www.winconference.net/scholarship_fund.asp
