The W.I.N. Community

W.I.N. mobilizes women into action all across the globe. The objective of the W.I.N. Community is to support & sustain the W.I.N. vision and mission, wherever women are working on improving their businesses, their lives, and the lives of others.

This is accomplished through establishing W.I.N. groups - either independently or in partnership - whereby leaders can channel the expertise and enthusiasm of W.I.N. participants in order to reach and inspire others in their own communities.

Activities also include: networking workshops, a partnership program and mobilizing women tours.

Networking workshops

Networking with purpose and joy workshops take place across Europe for both women’s associations and corporations. Teaching networking skills promotes the creation of an inclusive environment and mobilizes resources and energy so that participants can get the most out it.

Workshops are typically linked to strategy and leadership development programs.

Mobilizing women program

Each year, W.I.N. thinks globally but acts locally - W.I.N. founder, Kristen
Engvig, conducts a series of 1-2 day events to listen to women’s situations on a local level. The goal: to empower, develop and connect leaders from around the world. Host cities include: Abu Dhabi, Seoul, Oslo, London, Milan, Lausanne, Barcelona, Tokyo, Istanbul and Prague.
