Come be a part of Creating History, Rome on 5-6-7 (8) October 2011.

The WINConference, is the 14th in a series of visionary global leadership forums, representing a collective leadership journey for modern women today. The W.I.N. approach is to start with a look at our “World”- a global overview; “Work”- professional & career issues; and “You” - your personal growth & journey to lead the way

The conference encourages women to find their feminine power, to embark on a ‘Journey’ life and to be the change through taking authentic action - alongside men. For transformation to be lasting, it has to happen in the emerging paradigm where feminine values such as receptivity, empathy, intuition, integrity, sensuality and grace play significant roles with balance being the ultimate goal.

The call is for you to play the most exhilarating game you can imagine, contributing to development of the socio-economic situation around the world, while developing your own potential.

About our 14th W.I.N. Conference - Creating History

Creating History aims to give visibility, accelerate and multiply the opportunities for feminine, global and authentic initiatives. It is time to crystalize our thoughts, mobilize and act as we put our new leadership into making our projects come alive. All while living our lives to the full potential and empowering one another along the way.

Creating History represents a shift as we more decisively and consciously move into a future that will benefit all. Though we will spend time envisioning an ideal tomorrow, Creating History is about preparing ourselves today -- finding clarity as we gracefully and courageously jump! and boldly carve out our entrepreneurial ventures, career moves, company growth, board positions, career shifts and projects of our calling.

Because the time is now, the time for women to Create History.

W.I.N. 2011 serves as a dynamic springboard from which you can take off.

Below follows the agenda with the topics for each day. After each stimulating plenary session, you’ll find workshops and working forums pertaining to the core issues relating to the theme of the day.

Many conferences have themes, this one has a vision’ - Riffat Hassan, Professor University of Louisville, Kentucky
