Corporate Networking Group
Corporate Networking Group (CNG)
As an offspring of W.I.N.’s sponsor network, CNG is a global business platform designed to address common business challenges with international corporations and organizations. The quarterly CNG sessions promote forward thinking, learning, benchmarking and innovating solutions primarily in the area of Diversity and Inclusion and increased feminine leadership within corporations. Multinational companies join on a membership basis.
Purpose and policy
The Corporate Networking Group is part of the overall W.I.N. vision to support the development and growth of feminine and authentic leadership. Designed to face today’s business challenges, the group is a focussed extension of W.I.N.’s annual global leadership conference. Member companies share a commitment to diversity and progressive leadership. Sessions focus on forward-thinking, learning, benchmarking and innovating solutions. Topics range from attracting, retaining, growing and promoting female leaders to building constructive co-operation with men, experiencing diversity cultures and running successful business networks. By identifying key industry fields, this network of like-minded organizations creates real benefits for all members.
How it works
The group meets four times a year for a half day session to discuss topics relevant to doing business successfully, responsibly and with flair. Most sessions are hosted by a member company and conducted by a specialist. In some cases a session may also take the format of a workshop.
CNG meetings provide invaluable opportunities to foster dialogue with other leading international organisations, participate in exciting exchanges of ideas and information, promote teamwork and position the organisation in an environment of global leadership. A report and list of attendees is provided after each event.
