Women in Leadership: the competitive edge, by W.I.N. and IMD

Close to 300 participants from all over the world gathered for the Women in Leadership conference, the first collaboration between IMD and W.I.N. It was exciting to see so many women and men stepping forward to hear how and where women are daring to tread as they challenge glass ceilings and reject social stereotyping. Although the battle continues in the fight for equal pay and recognition, we should not despair, for if we could gather 300 world shakers and history makers to such an event, then much more is possible for women and every aspiring leader today and in the future.
