Ticket Types

  • SPECIAL PRICE: 10 tickets available for €1095 for students, women in pension, and women in special circumstances.
    In order to apply for one of these tickets please apply with a motivation letter, stating why you are unable to afford the standard price and how you can contribute to WIN. Write to participant@winconference.net
  • SUBSIDIZED TICKET: applies to women in transition, small entrepreneurs, and small NGO agencies.
  • STANDARD TICKET: applies to participants coming from companies, UN agencies, academics, corporations, professional firms and large NGO.


Disclaimer

  • Participant's ticket is only guaranteed once the registration and payment are completed.
  • Discounted rates are no longer valid if fees are not paid in full, and received by WIN, by end of stated promotion periods.
  • WIN reserves the right to provide participation tickets on a ‘first come first serve basis’, and cannot guarantee a place in the conference after tickets are sold out.


There are limited tickets available for the Global WINConference
If you register under a special category (speaker, workshop leader etc.) please indicate category and ticket code.

If you are entitled to discount, please indicate the Sponsor Company or Partner Network, and bring proof of membership. If you don’t use your discount, it is automatically transferred to the scholarship fund. If you are entitled to subsidized price you must share why.

 

The WINConference fee includes 3+ day conference, extensive networking coffee breaks, lunches at the hotel, a welcome networking dinner at the hotel, a gala dinner at an off-site magnificent venue with transport, two cocktails, and all learning material, as well as carefully designed learning sessions including plenary, development workshops, senior and corporate working forums, and high-level networking. It also includes Saturday workshops.

The WINConference fee does not include the optional pre-conference dinner Tuesday 26 September (EUR80), optional market place table (EUR160), hotel accommodation and travel.

Conference official start

The WINConference starts at 12.30pm on Wednesday 27 September. The conference ends after the Gala Dinner on Friday 29 September. There are additional, early arrival activities on Tuesday 26 September, and Saturday bonus workshops on 30 September.

Refunds & Cancellations


Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer their place to another person then the following refund policies apply.

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing and received by WIN no later than 30 days prior to the conference start (27 August 2017) for a 50% refund of the registration fee. Cancellations received by WIN between 28 August - 16 September will be invoiced 100% of the registration fee.

Requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. 

 

Additional recommendations

  • WIN recommends participants take out travel insurance to cover any costs arising from the cancellation of their attendance. 
  • If the participant registers for the conference but is only able to attend one day, no refunds will be given for the unattended days. The participant will not be allowed to send someone in their place for the remaining days. WIN does not allow shared registrations.
