Who we are:

W.I.N. is an independent global women’s leadership organization -- one that inspires women worldwide. W.I.N. has become the reference for modern women working internationally, conscious men and those organizations active in the field of women’s leadership (including personal leadership), development, diversity & inclusion.

Why:

Our purpose and vision is to empower, develop and connect leaders through a feminine, authentic and global vision. Our goal is to promote potential, evoke change to authenticity and raise feminine and global awareness to create a sustainable future. W.I.N. employs a highly unique approach, one that inspires success based on individuality, cultivating creativity, building authentic leadership while encouraging feminine ways of doing business and being in the world.

How:

W.I.N. hosts Europe’s leading and most profound global leadership event - the WIN Conference - a three-plus day, world class, feminine, global and authentic leadership learning forum for women. W.I.N. also runs quarterly corporate networking group meetings, mobilizing women programs, networking workshops, community projects, speaking engagements and other events, large and small, worldwide.

What:

Each W.I.N. global leadership conference is centered around a structure which, by the end of the 3+ day conference, offers participants a 360º vision of their work, their world, and their place in it. Starting with our prominent annual happening, the Corporate Forum, the conference then officially opens with issues focusing on a global perspective; addressing international work and life issues. From there, W.I.N. turns toward more personal ‘life experiences’ from a roster of incredible people whose work leaves an impact.

From the world and the organization, the conference is infused with networking opportunities and a host of workshops to appeal to anyone looking for personal growth and empowerment. The conference is highly attended by all participants throughout the 3 days, with others taking part in pre-and post-conference seminars and activities.
