Georgia Hewitt-Barnoin (UK) - External Relations

As part of her W.I.N. responsibilities, Georgia manages the strategic alliances with over 65 women’s networks and business schools, as well as covering W.I.N. Communications and PR activities. Holding a BA in French and Italian from Royal Holloway, University of London, she is currently working towards a BSc in Psychology. Professionally, Georgia has spent the past five years working in corporate international law based in Paris. She is passionate about sports and art, and speaks English, French and Italian.

Dominique Mutakwa (South Africa) - Speaker Relations

Dominique manages all speaker relations at the WINConference. Having a marketing and business administration degree as well as having worked in the medical, media, mining and chemical industries, she brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the job.

Shivani Bhardawaj (India) - W.I.N. Relations

Shivani has 7 years of experience covering Public health ,research and project management,event management ,teaching & training and database management. Rome Conference 2011 is her second year with W.I.N. This year taking the role of W.I.N. Conference Relations.In 2010 Paris Conference she handled Speaker Relations job. She has Masters in Science in Epidemiology & Zoology and M.Phil in Environmental Science.

Anne-Gael Chapuis

With 14 years' experience in international communications, Anne-Gael has lived and worked in 4 European countries (France, UK, Belarus, Italy), specializing in developing local and international communication campaigns, public relations, creation of events and organization of international conferences. She has recently completed a 3 year contract with the United Nations, organizing conferences on three different continents. Anne-Gael graduated from Sciences Po Lyon (France) in International Relations, and also holds a post-graduate degree in International Business and a master in European Management Strategy (UK). Trilingual (French–English-Italian), she is the mother of 4 children.

Anette Hurbiak

Anette is self-employed, working as a trainer/seminar leader. She joins the W.I.N. team at a turning point in her life and so is coming with an open mind to attract new ideas, point of views, opportunities. As a W.I.N. Team member, she hopes to give something back to women; helping them realise the importance of networking and support -- not only professionally, but on a 'human to human', 'women to women' basis as well.

Bing Barcelona

After working as an accountant for multinational firms in Madrid and San Francisco for fifteen years, Bing decided to set up her own retail business selling pearl jewellery in London, The Hague & Barcelona. The products are designed and made by a Filipina friend who employs women in need in the Philippines, and the sales support housing projects.

Carol Bourg

Carol is a registered counsellor and naturopath, founder of Qinutrition and co-founder of Turning Point, with a master in Business Administration. She says: "What's in our plate is of vital importance. It can make us fit but also significantly impact our mind and spirit. We are what we eat, what we think what we feel: understanding how to reach body, mind and emotion balance is key to living a full life both personally and professionally." Carol lectures regularly at universities, corporations and associations and has organized a variety of nutritional courses for educational and practical purposes. She has trained in interpersonal communication and conducts interactive communication workshops in a variety of settings. She is from Brussels, Belgium.

Cecilia Perversi

Cecilia, 20, studies Economics and Business Management at Bocconi University in Milano.
She loves travelling and getting exposed to diverse cultures. Her mother tongue is Italian and she speaks fluent English.
This is her first time as a volunteer in W.I.N. conference team.

Helen de Haan

I am a licensing manager in the Marketing Division of FIFA, the world governing body of football based in Zurich, Switzerland. I have a degree in corporate law from a Dutch university and also did a Master in Sports Business at a business school in Madrid. Although I am of Dutch nationality I have lived in 6 different countries around the world and have travelled extensively, which also happens to me one of my great passions in life. I am very excited about the W.I.N. experience because I believe it is both enlightening and motivating to share knowledge and company with so many inspiring women from all around the world!

Ina Oestensvig

Ina is a humanitarian with background in social sciences and engineering. She holds a MSc in Development Studies. Ina has worked and studied on all continents, is a solution oriented organizer and coordinator, and values diversity and authentic heart-led leadership. Ina has experience in areas such as Event Coordination, Human Development and Empowerment, Disaster Risk Reduction, Gender, HIV/AIDS, Stigma and Discrimination, Youth and Drug Addiction. Ina speaks Norwegian, English and some Spanish.

Katrin Saure

Katrin started her career working in Human Recources Management and Foreign Affairs at DaimlerChrysler in Berlin. Always open for new professional experiences, she also worked for the internationally well known Potsdam Institute in climate impact research. For some years she worked on different posts at W.I.N. headquarter in Lausanne and Milan office. Since 2009 Katrin works on the establishment of the Career Center at Leipzig University. As deputy director she is in charge of company relations and external networks. Further she enjoys holding workshops and trainings for students.
As an international networker Katrin is always keen on networking with people who care about global matters in Economics, Society and Environment. As a former cross-country skiing professional athlete, Katrin is very dedicated to winter sports. She studied Economics and Political Science in Leipzig, Aix-en-Provence and Tokyo.

Karin Oppegaard

Karin Oppegaard is a psychologist and personal development professional. She holds a MSc in Psychology and a MSc in Human Resource Management. After several years of working as an academic researcher, studying leadership development, corporate social responsibility, and sustainability, she now works as a job coach in an NGO helping young people reintegrate professional life. Her focus stays the same: understanding how to access and leverage our most beautiful capabilities in order to flourish and live happy lives, according to our highest potential. She's especially interested in the intimate link between one's own well-being and that of one's larger community. Karin has two children. Born and raised in Norway, she has lived in Switzerland for the past 16 years.

Lisa R. Tucci

American Lisa R. Tucci has been living in Italy for 18 years, pursuing her life’s passion -- producing multimedia content, editing books, writing articles & storyboards for corporate/university clients, producing audio/videoguides and apps for museums and cultural tourism. Her company, Art&Media Communications is also busy bringing interactive science and design shows into Italy's cultural space as part of TEA, the exhibition agency. A serious blogger, post-WIN she intends to complete her ironic book of the same name, Burnt by the Tuscan Sun.

Ludovica Manfredini

In 2009 i joyned IKEA Retail Italy S.r.l. working in Training and Development area as training specialist.
Passion about training comes from the experience i had after my degree in literature and culture at the University of Milan.
I started studying acting in 2005. I consider it the best training and education i had. The training i learned is the base for my everyday work and a way to always contribute being part of what i'm doing. Acting is still a passion i coltivate together with my interest in martial arts.

Marcella Valentini

An Economics graduate (top marks, Cum Laude) Marcella Valentini has over 18 years’ professional experience, mainly in the consultancy, aerospace/aviation and SAP application service sectors.
At present her major areas of expertise are the following :Management consultancy, Project management in cross-cultural and international organizations (mainly consulting and business transformation projects).
Team leader, strong planner, mentor and problem solver, with the ability to adapt to changes in schedules and very good knowledge of accounting practices: Business transformation management in international organizations (business processes re-engineering, communication, training, organizational changes and role-based model design).
Other core competencies include: ITIL standards: hands-on ITIL experience in international/multicultural environments; Business Planning, with wide experience in investments evaluation, planning and management control; IPSAS knowledge.

Maria Alejandra Cervini

Maria joined the Olympic Museum in Lausanne in 1994, working at the administration reception. Previously, she worked as a guide in English, Italian, Brasilian Portuguese, French & (native) Spanish. Authenticity, humanity, positive action are some values among others that motivate her to participate in WIN Conference as a volunteer. Mother of an 8 yr. old daughter, she dedicates part of her free time to humanitarian issues; serving as cultural liaison with educational institutions and seriously involved in immigration issues. A self-taught person, Maria is definitively convinced that education, ethics and integrity are values that we should never lose sight of. Maria is eager to learn from such an important event as W.I.N. - certain of women’s vital role to transform society consciously.

Michelle Bassanesi

Overcoming cultural shock of relocating from Sydney at 15 has given Michelle unique skills. Motto: "Impossible is only a stepping stone to success." After High School she went straight to work, as accountant secretary for an event servicing company. She is now COO www.eventservices.it
Michelle has her JAA/FAA CPL IR MEL/SEL & CFI/CFII and has received various scholarships along the way. The most recent: Airbus Leadership Award!
Michelle is working on her BS in Professional Aeronautics, Minors in Airport Management & Aviation Safety at ERAU & is on the Dean’s List. Her plan is to combine her 30+ years of business experience with her passion for aviation & create unique assets for her future job opportunities.

Mireille Bardet

Since 2000, Mireille has been working as an independent, offering administrative & translation services. She first heard about the WIN Conference at Lausanne's City Business Center, one of her clients. As an innately curious person, she is always interested in creating contacts and widening her professional practice. She is very happy to be a part of the WIN Team, hoping to contribute to its success.

Moira Spence

The Enneagram Personality Typing system provides Moira with a profound, insightful and practical tool to help people develop social intelligence; by better understanding themselves and the people around them. With a background in healthcare as a practitioner then as a senior hospital manager, Moira holds an M.Sc. in Health Services Management and an MA in Psy¬choanalytic Approaches to Organisations. Having subsequently studied as a Certified Enneagram Trainer; she now works with individuals, teams and groups as a coach, trainer and facilitator using the Enneagram, positive psychology and psychoanalytic awareness to enhance personal and organisational effectiveness. Samantha Bucciarelli

As a newly appreticed furniture restorer, I am lucky to be living in Milan; city of design as well as fashion. Born and brought up in the UK I have, however lived in 11 different countries and consider myself European. I was a volunteer in the first 3 Win conferences and am proud and honoured to ba back in the fold.

Swee Heang Khoo

is a Marketing Consultant with over 15 years of experience in the food industry and specialises in the parapharmaceutical sector of Dietetic Foods. She has contributed toward the successful brand building of a range of foods for specific nutritional requirements (diabetes, celiac, renal function disorders) for an Italian home grown company, and created brand awareness in Europe for an Australian company.Prior to being based in Italy, she was a Marketing Manager for Italian products and services for an Italian-Malaysian joint venture company in Malaysia. She also has experience in the Business & Credit Information sector as Group Marketing Manager for a financial associates group of companies in Singapore where she was responsible for Advertising & Promotion, marketing and communication.Swee Heang Khoo holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand. She is fluent in English, Italian, Chinese and Malay.

Vladimira is a certified Life Coach & lecturer, specializing in individual Life Coaching as well as Executive Coaching. She helps people to define their vision, life purpose, values, make positive changes and transform the way they are living, relating and being. Through her studies, personal experience, and ongoing self–development work and 15 years with international hotel chains in sales, event management & human resources, Vladimira offers a wide range of tools, strategies and techniques to support her clients in an effective and safe manner. With her calm, caring, positive nature she creates an environment of trust and respect and acknowledges the uniqueness of each individual. Vladimira aims to inspire, encourage and support her clients to move forward to reach their full potential.

Wendy Aulsebrook

Wendy’s profession began in Australia as a Home Economist and Food Stylist. She is passionate about food and cooking; devoted to taste education and loves to pass it on. Her “wished” culinary journey began some 13 years ago when she married a charming Roman and moved to Italy. She has been the President of the Professional Women’s Association in Rome from 2002-2006. In 2003 she invited Kristen Engvig to be a guest speaker and since then she has been a follower. Attending 5 WIN forums, and 4 of which she has been a conference team member.
