Team
W.I.N. 2011 Team
Organisational Structure
W.I.N. is run by an office team of 5-9 professionals; a mix of full time staff, trainees and volunteers who oversee daily operations of the W.I.N. organisation, the global conference and its activities. Each year, W.I.N. brings on board an additional team of 20 women who assist the core team in order to make the W.I.N. conference a success. Together, these two groups form the W.I.N. Team and are at the heart of the W.I.N. community. Closely associated to the W.I.N. team are also the Advisory Board, partner networks, sponsoring companies and the larger W.I.N. Community.
W.I.N. is an independent social women’s organization and receives no public / government funding. It operates thanks to private donations (time and money) and relies wholly on the generosity of committed sponsors and conference participation fees.
