The W.I.N. way

The W.I.N. way

W.I.N. has devised a highly unique approach to creating relationships –This approach comes to the fore throughout the entire W.I.N. Conference, but is applied in all W.I.N. activities. The W.I.N. way is a clear consequence of the vision to steer people toward a more feminine, authentic and global way of doing all that they do. As we each develop, empower and connect people, the ‘who” we are with each other becomes essential. This is the unique power of W.I.N.

A leadership journey

We are living in times where focusing on opportunities are vital. New ways of being and leading in the world are required to navigate in unknown waters. As we open ourselves to new solutions, women and their feminine aspects have a vital role to play. Each of us embodies the power to influence, to attract, to decide – and to lead.

W.I.N. provides the starting point of your own personal and professional journey. And as we desire to fulfill our destinies and embark on journey of growth and expansion, W.I.N. hopes to be your reference; the place where you can find inspiration, get support, be seen and feel you belong.

Come join us as we put you on the right track toward realizing your visions – and together, we can transform our work and ourselves with sensitivity, intensity, intelligence and sensuality. And from there, we can transform the world.

Courage, commitment and community – that’s the W.I.N. way.

Networking

Networking is about creating purposeful and uplifting relationships and the ways in which we choose to be in these relationships. A network is a vast web of people inter-connected and at its center -- an environment in which magic transpires and everyone can reap the benefits.

Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has. -- Margaret Mead

The W.I.N. way is to provide the right conditions where people can network with purpose and pleasure. By inspiring each other to become all that we can be as individuals, W.I.N. directs the impact we can have by doing things together as a group and understanding the interconnectedness of each and everyone of us.

In order to increase the opportunities of fruitful encounters and to mobilize the social “capital” of the group, W.I.N. offers some basic guidelines to create the right environment that facilitates networking, learning, creativity and growth of each individual and the group as a whole can flourish.

Networking, the W.I.N. way means mobilizing the wealth of resources of the entire group – the incredible potential, energy, gifts, goals and desires – for our common purpose and consciously building purposeful and pleasurable relationships

Mentoring

We believe that mentoring is an essential part of every woman’s personal and professional development journey. Anyone, young or old, can be a mentor.

Each of us carries individualized knowledge and experience, our own brand of enthusiasm and personal perspective. Sharing this knowledge and experience with others is uplifting and empowering. Look into your wealth of resources – you'll find you can provide advice on specific issues or you can help someone clarify career plans, evaluate options, find motivation and take action. The only requirement is a commitment to learn and support others.

It is for this reason that W.I.N. has designed a program during the global conference, to give people a greater chance of succeeding by building purposeful and uplifting relationships with others:

  • Mentoring Corner
  • Workshop on Mentoring
  • Reference material
