 An annual global leadership program

Each year over the last decade, over 800 people from more than 70 countries come together to experience W.I.N. for three-plus days of conferences, workshops, coaching sessions, networking and more. Throughout the years, more than 8000 women have attended.

Our unique approach to the three-day learning event covers the topical issues of our day: World – a global overview, Work – highlight work & career, You – leadership and personal growth. Each main segment is brought to light in a distinctively feminine way; with a focus on learning, creativity, exploration and employing feminine power. Each segment, supported by carefully selected speakers serves to accelerate innovation and change. The program is carefully designed based on a systems approach and a vision for the future based on sensitivity and increased global and feminine consciousness.
