About the WINConference
The WINConference, is the 15th in a series of visionary global leadership forums, representing a collective leadership journey for modern women today. The W.I.N. approach is to start with a look at our “World”- a global overview; “Work”- professional & career issues; and “You” - your personal growth & journey to lead the way. The conference encourages women to find their feminine power, to embark on a ‘Journey’ life and tobethe change through taking authentic action - alongside men. For transformation to be lasting, WIN proposes it has to happen in a paradigm of global mindset and interconnectedness, of authentic expression and of feminine values such as sustainability, receptivity, empathy, intuition, integrity, sensuality and grace playing significant roles as we reintegrate and balance it all.
The WIN Conference is an interactive space in which we ask aware women leaders and a growing number of conscious men, to be a part of it and to play the most exhilarating game they can imagine, contributing to development of the socio-economic situation around the world, while developing their own potential.
‘Many conferences have themes, this one has a vision’ - Riffat Hassan, Professor University of Louisville, Kentucky
About Make Space: Find Possibilities
Make Space: Find Possibilities
With Make Space: Find Possibility, WIN aims to open up for new possibilities for the future for both participating organizations as well as individuals.
In this time of big changes and uncertainties, meeting at W.I.N. is great chance for all of us to open up new roads that have never been walked before. It is a hopeful time and despite the turmoil in the world, at work and within so many, it is apparent that each and every one of us has a significant role to play as we evolve to the next.
Make Space: Find Possibilities is about trying on a different hat, stepping out of our comfort-zones and exploring what can happen. It is time to leave behind what no longer works and courageously make space allowing something new into our lives as we reach for the stars.
You are asked to be mindful, to make space and give attention to what your ideal world, work and life would look like – you are encouraged to give attention to the openings, to the possibilities – making space for something unexpected to arrive. The conference will open your mind, widen your horizon and connect you with numerous people, companies, ideas, vision, feminine power, beauty, different ways of doing things and - it will connect you to yourself.
We will meet in Rome with awareness, acknowledging what is - and from there give space to find another possibility, to welcome it, to fearlessly and passionately care for it as it grows into fruition.
