Registration and Cancellation policy for participation at W.I.N. 2012:

Conference fees:

*Please note, that promotional price is valid only when it`s paid before the end of the promotional period.

NB: Sponsors and official W.I.N. partner networks are entitled to a discount of 100 euro.  

Conference Fees (please circle, subject to verification) Above fees include: 3-day conference, lunches, coffee breaks and social events as indicated in the conference program i.e. Opening Networking Dinner (Wednesday) and Gala Dinner (Friday). Some exceptions may apply for special registration categories and ticket discounts. All Conference Fees are quoted and billed in €uro.
Standard ticket: Includes all the sessions. Disclaimer: May Special and Early Bird discounts are no longer valid if fees are not paid in full by end of stated promotion periods.

Standard Ticket applies to all professional participants (entrepreneurs, consultants, professionals, corporations etc).

Subsidized Ticket: for women in transition, students, pensioners, NGOs.

If you register under a special category (speaker, workshop leader etc) please indicate category and ticket code.
If you are entitled to a 100 euro discount please indicate Sponsor Company or Partner Network

Bank transfer information

Payments can be made via credit card or via bank transfer. Credit card charge fee is Euro 25 ,the credit card fees are shared between the participant and W.I.N.

Bank details (also specified on invoice confirmation).

*Important: any bank charges to be covered by a payer. The beneficiary (W.I.N.) to receive the full invoiced amount.

Registration:

Registrations are not complete until all fees are paid in full. Promotional Specials and Early Bird discounts are no longer valid if fees are not paid in full by end of promotional periods. All participant registration fees must be paid in full by 20^th September to attend any part of the conference. In case of non-payment your registration is cancelled. Participants with ‘electronic codes’ still need to complete the registration process, all ‘electronic codes’ allocated to participants and companies must be used no later than 20^th Sep 2012.

Substitutions:

Substitutions are welcome at any time with a Euro 150 administration charge, plus the variation in price if substitution takes place in a different promotion period. No substitutions will be allowed after 20^th September. Passes are personal and for security reasons they cannot be shared. Registrations paid and received after 10 September are subject to an additional Euro 200 in administrative fee. If registration fee is paid by bank transfer, please ensure to bring a copy of the receipt to show proof of payment. Registrations and profile updates must be received by 20 September 2012 to ensure inclusion in the W.I.N. 2012 conference book. 

Cancellation:

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing and received by W.I.N. no later than 1 September 2012 for a 50% refund of the registration fee. (Fax: +41216120351 or email: participant@winconference.net). Registered participants who fail to attend and do not cancel in writing to by 1 September will be invoiced 100 % of all fees

Your Conference Book Profile:

You will receive a copy of the W.I.N. Conference book on arrival. This will allw you to see who is at the conference and even arrange special meetings during 3-4 W.I.n. days. The W.I.N. Conference book is the perfect tool for creating connections.

To ensure inclusion in the W.I.N. 2012 Conference book: profile updates must be received by 1 September; Registrations must be completed by 20 September 2012.

I am the European marketing manager at OXA informatics. I have a degree in engineering and numerous courses in marketing. Prior to joining OXA I worked 15 years in other IT companies both as an engineer and later as a marketing professional. I have lived in the UK, Denmark and currently residing in Dubai with my family including two teenage girls. I am passionate about scuba diving and currently studying to become a coach. I look forward to sharing experiences of being a woman leader over the next three days.
