Adrienne Alxer
Adrienne Axler - Belgian - General Manager Western & Southern Europe, Motivation Solutions - Sodexo
Born in Prague, Adrienne moved to the Netherlands after the Russian revolution and finally settled in Belgium. Following ‘Hotel Management’ studies she started her career at Eurest Belgilux, followed by Sabena Catering and Belgorest.
She joined Sodexo in 1990 as a District Manager and soon evolved to Regional Director, General Manager for the Healthcare Division and Marketing Director of Sodexo Catering Division. In 2005 she was promoted to General Manager for Motivation Solutions and in 2008, she moved to the position of General Manager Western and Southern Europe, based in Paris. Through the years she completed her studies with a course in Strategic Marketing of Services at INSEAD and a post-university degree in marketing at ICHE
Dedicated to women’s advancement, Adrienne is an active member of the Club L Benelux and La Commission Femmes & Entreprises, a co-founder of The Optimist League without Borders, and co-chair for Sodexo Women’s International Forum for talent.
