Ashley Clark
Ashley is the founder of Gleam Consulting, a leadership and human resources consultancy. Ashley divides her time between work with top leadership teams and work with HR leaders. She partners with Diafora to facilitate the Young leaders’ program as well as the Leadership program. Before starting her company Gleam Consulting in 2006, Ashley worked for 6 years in retail and luxury at the corporate headquarters of PPR where she was in charge of HR development and strategy. Originally from California and living and working in Europe since 1990, Ashley has worked in Germany and France in engineering, sales and then human resource management positions
