Carolyn Lutz

For the past 14 years Carolyn has been active in pan- European executive search. She is a former Managing Partner of Heidrick & Struggles Geneva and now has her own (all-female!) executive search firm, Lutz & Partners Sarl, with offices in Zurich & Geneva. Carolyn Lutz studied Psychology at Vassar, and received an MBA from Wharton. Carolyn was a Captain in the US Marines; a superb learning experience. Post-MBA, Carolyn joined P&G in Geneva in marketing; working on the Swiss market and later managing Pringles Asia, based in Geneva. Swiss by birth, Carolyn speaks Swiss-German, French and English and is learning Italian. One of the biggest areas of satisfaction in Carolyn’s life is achieving balance between professional success and a fulfilling personal life. On the personal side, Carolyn is married with two children. Carolyn believes in staying fit; working out at least five times a week, (swimming, running or skiing), eating & drinking well, and having fun with friends & family.
