Celia Moore

Celia Moore is Corporate Citizenship and Corporate Affairs Director for IBM Europe, Middle East, and Africa. The role combines her experience of creating cross-sector partnerships and organization capacity building with her passion for empowering communities, and applying IT for breakthrough solutions that impact peoples’ lives. A UK national, Celia coordinates IBM’s Corporate Responsibility across the EMEA region and she is currently Chair of the Board of Directors of CSR Europe and also sits on the European Academy of Business in Society.
