Daniela Pauknerova

Daniela has worked as a university lecturer at the Department of Psychology and Sociology in Management - Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Economics, Prague, since 1994. She is also a counsellor at the university Career Centre. At the same time, she works as a business consultant and trainer, specialising in HR projects, personnel selection and training of communication, interpersonal and managerial skills. This combination has been especially advantageous for her research activities, which focus on career development, women in business and female managers. She finished her Ph.D. studies in 2007. That same year she was awarded the Ruth Crawford Mitchell scholarship at the University of Pittsburgh, where she participated in research in the Department of Psychology.
