Heike Stengel

Heike Stengel, PhD, is the founder of Stengel Consulting and a passionate cross-cultural trainer, international management consultant and certified professional coach. A German national, Heike spent more than a decade living and working in Asia. She has facilitated workshops, cross-cultural trainings, business briefings, repatriation programmes and cultural awareness seminars in many countries across Asia, Europe, the US and Africa for international corporations, the educational sector and non-profit organizations. In 20 years of international experience, Heike has worked with clients from 60 different countries and enjoys interacting with culturally diverse people. In her role as a coach, she supports people on the move to lead a fulfilling life abroad and upon repatriation. A respected economist and social scientist, Heike also teaches International Management Studies at the Management Center of the Chamber of Trade, Constance.
