Jill Székely is in the process of launching a company for « Women in Business », because Women are different... Many observations show that Women are paid less, that Women suffer at work, that Women don’t sit on boards, that Women are not received well on the rare occasions when they visit a private bank and that Women do not massively attend business schools. That is why Jill decided, after 20 years spent in Private Banking in Switzerland and abroad, to propose professional Women answers and solutions to help them face these issues efficiently. Thanks to specialized coaches, Women will be personally accompanied during their professional career. Jill will provide women with financial coaching, training courses and, through a Foundation, empowerment to attend high-ranking management schools. Jill is proud to be a Swiss citizen, actively involved in politics in Geneva.
