Karina Ebhardt

Karina is the founder of EBHARDT COACHING, a coaching and training practice in Vienna specializing in women’s careers. She works with women, helping them to find harmony between their individual life visions, work values and career goals. Karina supports women to bring out their inner strengths. She is also specialized in coaching on personal values and beliefs and identifying and strengthening personal skills. Karina is also a researcher at the Department of Psychology and Sociology of Management at the University of Economics in Prague, where she is doing PhD research on the topic of women’s career development. Karina also lectures on coaching and self-coaching at the University.
