Maureen Bridget Rabotin

With a passion for cultural and emotional intelligence and an interest in neuroscience, Maureen founded Effective Global Leadership in 1996. She has trained and coached clients across industries and across the globe as they navigate multicultural business environments.

Member of the NeuroLeadership Institute and the International Leadership Association, Maureen is an ICF- certified global executive coach, a member of WABC, SIETAR and co-leader of the European Professional Women’s Network Think Tank : Women & Mobility. She has published articles in Mobility magazine (ERC publication), T&D (an ASTD publication), CHOICE and Inc. as well as recorded podcasts on www.allbusiness.com and is currently writing a book for ASTD, Culture Savvy – Working and Collaborating Across the Globe (due out in January 2011).
After 9 years in various managerial positions from European Product Leader in a medical diagnostics multinational to Export Director in a French electronics company responsible for Asia-Pacific markets, Maureen changed careers in 1990 to become a Cross Cultural Management Training Consultant. She pursued her intercultural and coaching studies in France, USA, the U.K. and Switzerland. Maureen is certified in the use of the Hogan Leadership Forecast Series, Lominger’s LA 101 and Voices 360. Licensed to use the WorldWork developmental tools - The International Leadership Trust Indicator (ILTI), The International Team Trust Indicator (ITTI) and The International Profiler (TIP) for intercultural competencies, Maureen accompanies her clients as they encounter the challenges and opportunities inherent in every globalization process.
