Mirella Visse

Mirella Visser is Dutch, completed the General Management Program (CEDEP Fontainebleau) and the High Performance Boards program (IMD Lausanne). She worked in Asia for 10 years and was on the management board of ING (financial services) based in Hong Kong. In 2004 she founded the Centre for Inclusive Leadership, aimed at developing inclusive leadership styles in international organizations. In addition, she serves on the Supervisory Board of Royal Swets & Zeitlinger and a few other boards. She (co-)founded several professional women’s organizations and was nominated for “European of the Year 2007” by The Economist for her work in promoting women’s leadership. Her Dutch book “De Zijderoute naar de top” (The Silk Road to the Top) about strategic leadership for women and inclusive leadership was one of 6 nominees for ‘Management Book of the Year 2010’ in the Netherlands. The English version will be published in 2011.
