With more than 10 years experience in B2C and B2B marketing and strategy for GNSS applications and food brands and solid competencies in market and scenario analysis, Monica has developed an expertise in strategic thinking and strategic business planning, proving her ability to solve problems, maximize opportunities and lead teams.
President of the Board of PWA Milan since 2008, she launched of the “Ready-for-Board Women” initiative and supported the creation of the mentoring program.
Since January 2010 she is VP Women on Boards of EuropeanPWN and developed the 4th edition of the Women BoardMonitor.
