Morten Huse
Morten Huse is President of European Academy of Management (EURAM) and Professor of Organisation and Management, Norwegian School of Management BI. He has been affiliated with various universities in different countries like Bocconi University and Tor Vergata University in Italy, Lund University in Sweden and Swedish School of Economics and Business Administration in Helsinki. He is presently member of Catalyst Europe Advisory Board. His research interest is about boards of directors with focus on value creation, strategic and entrepreneurial management and the human side of corporate governance, including women. Recent books include “The Value Creating Board: Corporate Governance and Organizational Behaviour” (2009), “Women on Corporate Boards: International Research and Practice” (coedited Vinnicombe, Singh, Burke, Bilimoria and Huse 2008) and “Boards, Governance and Value Creation: The Human Side of Corporate Governance” (2007). He has recently also published several scholarly articles about women directors. He is much used as speaker on the global arena for academics, policy makers and business people.
