Roberta Cocco

She holds a degree in Languages and Modern Foreign Literature and a Master in Public Relations from ISFORP. In 1991 she joined Microsoft Italy as Events Coordinator. In 1995 she became Microsoft Communications Manager in which role she coordinated all the company’s marketing communication activities. In 2000 she was appointed Marketing Communication Director and in 2007 Central Marketing Director. She has also been responsible for 7 years now for futuro@lfemminile Microsoft’s initiative aimed at promoting equal opportunities. Since February 2006 she is Lecturer on “Brand Management and Communication” at LIUC University, Castellanza. In 2006 she was awarded with the honorable mention “Marketing Woman 2006 Prize”. She is an active member of the Directorate of Observatory of Women in the Public Sector. On March 8, 2010, the President of the Italian Republic nominated her for the Merit Order with the title of “Commendatore of the Italian Republic”. She has also been named among the first 21 women of Milan who contribute to its prosperity
