Sharrolyn Transfeldt-Josse

I am currently a Marketing director working with Medtronic focused on the Spine & Biologics business. I lead a team that focuses on product management, physician relationship management and market development. I have been working in the medical industry for 11 years.
I originally come from South Africa but have spent time in Canada, the United States, France and now Switzerland. My international background has enforced my interest to meet new people, understand different cultures and work within an international context.
While attending the W.I.N. conference I hope to meet and develop networking activities with other career driven woman. I also look forward to hearing from other professionals on how they have confronted different obstacles in their careers and how they built both personal confidence and influential relationships in environments that are continually evolving.
