Beatrice Bauer

As a licensed psychologist, specialized in behavior change, Dr. Bauer teaches HR Management at the L. Bocconi University, Milano, Italy.
As teacher and consultant in the SDA Bocconi Business School she creates customised corporate curriculum for international organizations who want to train their senior staff utilising also one on one coaching.
Her major interest in the field of organizational behavior are issues of training needs analysis and the design of innovative training programs. Her areas of expertise are participation in and development of change processes, cultural and organizational integration in acquisitions, dealing with resistance and motivation during restructuring processes, team building and leadership.
As a sports psychologist she has prepared Italian sport teams and individual athletes for the Olympics.
Her special interest is developing innovative stress prevention programs for Top Management.
She has worked on international training programs as well as with entrepreneurs, executives and managers from industry, insurance companies, banks and health services in Italy and abroad and speaks Italian, English, German and French.
