In the spirit of women’s empowerment, Wendy started a women’s networking group in 1993 that still meets today. At that time, another passion emerged—the Enneagram, and subsequently Wendy has become an internationally recognized teacher of this system. She integrates both passions in her consulting & coaching practice, along with her graduate education as a cultural anthropologist and many other approaches that enliven the spirit.

A US citizen, Wendy bases her international consulting practice out of Europe working with senior executives as a thought partner, strategist, and coach on business and leadership transformation efforts.

Wendy was a keynote speaker at the 2008 European Enneagram Conference: Making the Shift and panel expert at the 2010 PROSCI Global Change Management Conference. She has been immersed in matters of Diversity and co-authored a chapter in Working Together: Producing Synergy by Honoring Diversity by Angeles Arrien and Mikhail Gorbechev.
