Wendy is an independent management consultant specialising in Innovation Management, working in association with The London Innovation Centre. Following a career in the UK and Europe working in software development, Wendy completed an MBA with the British Open University. Four years ago she began working with start-ups and small companies, specialising in strategic marketing, intellectual property and the use of creative techniques for ideas generation and problem solving. The London Innovation Centre is funded by the London Development Agency to assist businesses to grow through innovation. Wendy recently devised and ran a successful skills development programme for dyslexic entrepreneurs. Wendy is fluent in French and Spanish, writes poetry and is an accomplished actress and public speaker.I hope to meet some inspiring women at WIN and to be offered an opportunity to speak about how diversity and creativity are important drivers of innovation.
