All Conference Fees are quoted and billed in Euros.
*Standard Fee: applies to all professional participants (entrepreneurs, consultants, professionals, corporations).
**Subsidized Fee are applicable for women in transition, students, pensioners, NGOs
Fees include:
3-day conference, lunches, networking coffee breaks and social events as indicated in the conference program [Opening Networking Dinner (Wednesday) and Gala Dinner (Friday)]. Some exceptions may apply for special registration categories and ticket discounts.
Sponsor and Partner Network Discounts
Participants from sponsor companies or partner networks are eligible for a € 100 discount, on Early Bird or Full Rate fees. Please indicate the Sponsor Company or Partner Network affiliation in the registration form.

Registration Policy
Participant Registration is not complete until all fees are paid in full. Promotional discounts (May Special and Early Bird) are not valid if fees are not paid in full by end of stated periods. All participant registration fees must be paid in full by the designated sign-in day in order to attend any part of the conference. Substitutions are welcome at any time with a € 150 administration charge, plus the variation in price if substitution takes place in a different promotion period. Full, multi-day and day passes cannot be shared. Registrations paid and received after 15 September are subject to an additional € 200 in administrative fee. If registration fee is paid by bank transfer, please ensure to bring a copy of the receipt to the conference to demonstrate proof of payment. Registrations and profile updates must be received by 22 September 2010 to ensure inclusion in the W.I.N. 2010 conference book.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing and received by W.I.N. by 1 September 2010 for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
