Scholarship & training initiatives to develop leaders of the future

W.I.N. was founded as a place where women can develop their careers, their business acumen, their contacts, their lives. But there are millions more women who do not have the opportunity to utilize the many resources that many of us take for granted. Thus W.I.N. Development was born.

W.I.N. provides workshops & training and a host of other events throughout the year in order to help catalyze change and develop leaders in economically disadvantaged places.

The culmination of this initiative is the W.I.N. scholarship fund, sponsored primarily by W.I.N. itself and lately, by a few W.I.N. community members and a couple of enlightened organizations such as Symantec and Cargill. . To date over 400 women have been able to sharpen their skills at W.I.N., and make contacts they can bring back to their homelands in order to develop their local communities and pursue their goals with greater confidence and ease.

For anyone who would like to make a real contribution – and see the results - W.I.N. is calling out for your active participation.
