Firstly I was impressed to see the organization running very smoothly. When you do not see hick ups as participant it means a lot of work has happened and is happening in the background and a lot of people have been thinking things thru. Well done - and you still had fun, right? Secondly it was overwhelming to see the networking atmosphere you were able to generate amongst ALL participants. We listened to inspirational speakers and were able to select from a broad variety of very professional run work shops, but what makes people return to this event is in my believe the possibility for very open exchange of experiences. I left with a bundle of business cards and got a first support e-mail and a phone call on my first working day after the conference.
