Registration Details
Details of the Conference Fees including our special offer are detailed below. Once we have received and processed your registration you will be sent a confirmation e-mail. If you have not received this confirmation within three weeks after the date of your registration, please send email to: participant@winconference.net.
As the conference approaches you will receive pre-conference participant communications. This will provide you with further details regarding the conference program, workshop choices and social events. Included, you will also find useful information on transportation, event venues and more to ensure a trouble-free arrival and stay in Oslo.

Sponsors/Partners are entitled to a discount of 100 Euro. Standard ticket prices with discount: May special 1.095, Early Bird 1.195, Full Rate 1.495.
Fees include: entrance to the 3-day conference, all plenary sessions, workshops, hotel lunches, coffee breaks, network and social events as indicated in the conference program i.e. opening night networking dinner (Thurs) and closing gala dinner (Sat). Post conference workshops will be held on the morning of the 21st. Some exceptions may apply for special registration categories and ticket discounts. All Conference fees are quoted and billed in Euro. The Standard Fee also includes entry to the exclusive corporate morning session as well as the entire W.I.N global forum. The corporate session will be held at the Melia Sitges Hotel on Thursday September 18th from 9:30 to -12:45, prior to the official conference opening. Coffee and light lunch will be served.

Subsidized rates are created to support individuals who are not consultants, entrepreneurs, sponsored by their employers nor have own budgets. Women in transition, NGOs, students, retired women.

Scholarships

Country delegations & groups
Groups of more than 11 delegates registering together benefit from a free ticket for the group organizer. For more information contact participant@winconference.net

Registration Policies
Registrations are not complete until all fees are paid in full.
May Special and Early Bird discounts are no longer valid if fees are not paid in full by end of stated periods. All participant registration fees must be paid in full by the designated sign-in day to attend any part of the conference. Substitutions are welcome at any time with a Euro 150 administration charge, plus the variation in price if substitution takes place in a different promotion period.
Full, multi-day and day passes cannot be shared.
Registrations paid and received after September 10th are subject to an additional Euro 200 in administrative fee.
If the registration fee is paid by bank transfer, please bring the receipt to the conference sign-in desk to show proof of payment.
Registrations and profile updates must be received by 5th September to ensure inclusion in the conference program book.
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing and received by 5th September 2007 for a 50% refund of the registration fee. (Fax: + 41216120351 or email participant@winconference.net)
Registered participants who fail to attend and do not cancel in writing to by 5th September will be invoiced 100 % of all fees.

The New W.I.N networker registration will validate your email address against those we have in our database to avoid duplication.
Upon new W.I.N networker registration you must submit a profile and enter an account password. This email and password combination offers you access to your personal details for updates, and authorizes you full access to our member only areas.
W.I.N. reserves the right to modify the program at any time.
