The 2008 W.I.N. Forum – Creating the future – is the 11th in a series of visionary global leadership forums that have and continue to inspire thousands of women, enhance their careers, improve business and change the life of many people and organizations. We encourage you to join us in Sitges, Barcelona in September as outstanding professionals and executive women and - a few men, from across the globe, working internationally, embracing and leading change get together to look at the critical role women play in shaping the future and elevating leadership, work and life, to the next level. We envision a better future where women create new ways, innovate and participate empowered and together.
The interactive content of the three-day (plus) forum includes a global overview, work and career issues, and leadership and personal growth topics. They all focus on boosting creativity, explore and apply feminine power, and accelerating innovation and change. The programme is carefully designed based on a systems approach and a vision for the future based on authenticity and increased global and feminine consciousness.
More than 30 world-class speakers touch issues around economy, politics, technology, society, environment, humanity and future, life and work, and all of them are related to diversity and inclusion. Panel sessions are complemented by over 24 workshops for body, spirit and mind, the W.I.N. coaching sessions, and the W.I.N. open forum, networking luncheons and breaks, dinners and receptions.
You will depart energized and prepared to attract and act, lead more holistically and bring your authentic selves and personal power to life.
