The W.I.N. Community
The W.I.N. Community is linked to the W.I.N. Organization as a sustainers' club. The objective of the Community is to support and sustain the W.I.N. Organization in reaching its vision and objectives throughout the year. WIN currently receives no public funding and is totally dependent on community members and corporate sponsorships.
W.I.N. is a pioneer. By becoming a member of the community you support us to keep the lead and be able to develop and maintain the visionary and creative perspective that pervades the W.I.N. organization.
It is our desire to continue, with the help of the W.I.N. Community, various projects initiated during the W.I.N. Open Space and the W.I.N. Annual Global Leadership Forum. To make our vision come alive, we welcome you to strengthen us and form part of our supporter structure. We offer different building blocs as categories of contributions. The contributors are typically private individuals although some, the Diamond Donors, may well be foundations or organizations. It is possible to contribute with money and in some cases with expertise. We are most grateful to all contributions.

Diamond Contributors and W.I.N. Champions
Diamond membership is for those who feel truly passionate about W.I.N.’s vision, mission and objectives and who have a strong interest in shaping the future of W.I.N. Diamond members hold a special place in the W.I.N. Community which enables them to actively participate in growing and developing the organization.
Membership provision for Diamond members:
- will be recognized with their name, title and company/association affiliation on the W.I.N. web-page
- be invited to W.I.N. events as a preferential participant at a special rate;
- be consulted on critical issues and/or invited to join the W.I.N. Advisory Board
- be invited to one of W.I.N. Corporate Network Group meetings
Some Diamond members may like to become Diamond Donors by making a substantial financial contribution of over 1000 Euros The Diamond Donors will in addition win the opportunity to be profiled with their photo and bio (or description of their activity) on the main web-page.
Diamond suggested contribution: Euro 1000 (Euro 500 – and above)
Sapphire Contributors and W.I.N. Believers
Sapphire membership is considered for members who are true believers and fans of W.I.N.’s vision, mission and objectives and who wish to contribute to our work.
Sapphire members will have an advantageous position within our community which provides the space and opportunity to pursue and explore their passion.
Sapphire members will:
- be invited to W.I.N. events as a preferential participant at a special rate;
Sapphire suggested contribution: Euro 250 (Euro 100-499)
Amethyst Contributors and W.I.N. Sustainers
Amethyst membership is for members who believe in the work of W.I.N. and would like to join the W.I.N. Community.
Amethyst suggested contribution: Euro 50 (Euro 25-99)

Please not that the WIN Community members hold an advisory position. The members do not hold any right to vote in issues concerning the future or the ongoing work of WIN.
Background
On a very special day at the W.I.N. 2004 Global Leadership Forum, the moving interest level and unstinting support of our loyal supporters gave birth to what was in existence informally since 1998 – The W.I.N Community!
With the average rate of return of participants every year being as high as 35% at the global forum (“W.I.N. Conference”), many women have obviously felt a sense of belonging to the W.I.N. Community since its inception in Milan. As always it remains committed to bringing together women working internationally and uniting international professional women’s networks worldwide.
W.I.N. would like to thank all the women and men who have signed up to the W.I.N. Community. It was first suggested at W.I.N. 2004 and agreed at once by the participants. Many of them signed up even before the formal W.I.N. Community program was developed, and we appreciate the trust showed by the Community members. By contributing to the Community and our vision, you make the history for the future of women..
