Amy Lyons, Vice President Corporate Security at Bristol Myers Squibb

Amy is the Head of Corporate Security at Bristol-Myers Squibb where she leads enterprise wide security programs to address emerging threats in today’s complex business environment impacting patient safety and to safeguard the company’s assets, people and most sensitive information. In addition to traditional physical security, this includes Internal Investigations, Illegal Trade, Supply Chain Security and Global Security Threat Intelligence. Prior to joining Bristol-Myers Squibb, Amy spent 25 years as a Federal Bureau of Investigation Agent.  Her last assignments was leading the Internal Inspection Division, where she oversaw all compliance and ethics investigations and risk based program assessments. Amy holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Science in Psychology from Ball State University.  She is on the Board of Directors of the Pharmaceutical Security Institute and Americans for Medical Progress.  She is an active member of the International Security Management Association.

Noreen Gleason, Vice President, Business Continuity Management and Corporate Event Response Team Lead, Bristol Myers Squibb

Noreen has been employed by BMS for nine years and is currently responsible for leading the Business Continuity Management Program as well as the Corporate Event Response Team’s prevention, response and recovery of significant risks and enterprise crises. Noreen and her team are responsible for providing governance and strategy to ensure that BMS’s worldwide enterprise has plans to identify, predict, manage and recover from critical risk to BMS. Since January 2020, Noreen has led a team of approximately 40 business function subject matter experts in BMS’s recovery and response to the COVID-19 virus. Prior to assuming this role in 2020, Noreen was responsible for investigating compliance and ethics violations, criminal and cyber security threats and executed security risk mitigation strategies designed to reduce cost while ensuring the safety and security of personnel, facilities, and products. She regularly aligned with her cross functional partners to develop and implement a successful insider threat program and a companywide workplace violence prevention and preparedness program. In 1985, Noreen began her career as a New Jersey State Trooper and later joined the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in 1991 where she was responsible for investigating and leading high level, noteworthy investigations. Noreen retired as a FBI Senior Executive where she oversaw transnational organized crime investigations. She received a B.S. in Education from East Stroudsburg University and a M.A. in Educational Administration from Seton Hall University.

Sydney Klein, Chief Information Security Officer, Head of Infrastructure and Cyber, Bristol Myers Squibb

On top of her 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, Sydney is a strong ally to underrepresented communities and dedicates much of her time to fostering a sense of inclusion and diverse environment. As the Head of Infrastructure and Cyber, she leads BMS’ efforts to create a seamless digital experience with human touch that engenders trust for colleagues, customers, and patients by balancing innovation and security, while protecting BMS’ most valued information. Prior to joining BMS, she served as Vice President of Cyber at Capital One Financial where she led various programs, including Line of Business Information Security Officers, Information Assurance Third-Party Management, Application Security, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards, and Cyber Incident Management. Sydney received her B.S. in Integrated Science and Technology from James Madison University with a double concentration in Information Knowledge Management and Health Systems. She holds the Certified Information Systems Security Professional certification.

Thalia Mingo, Global Lead, Bristol Myers Squibb Network of Women (B-NOW)

Strategic, empathetic leader, successful working across large matrix teams, and building collaborative relationships, passionate about helping others to realize their full potential, agility, and ability to thrive during times of change and disruption. Thalia uses authentic and empathetic leadership to energize others through periods of uncertainty. Thalia is a gender champion and advocate, using authentic leadership to energize others through periods of change and transformation. Her career spans 20+ years in the healthcare industry, with leadership roles in direct patient care, payor pricing and contracting, and ancillary care services. Thalia began her career with Bristol Myers Squibb in Field Sales, and has advanced with promotions to roles of increasing responsibility in Learning and Development, Marketing, and Worldwide Commercialization, and Commercial Operations. She is currently serving as Global Lead for the Bristol Myers Squibb Network of Women, or B-NOW. In this role, Thalia is responsible for the strategic and operational business plan that supports BMS efforts to recruit, support, develop, and advance women throughout the organization to increasing levels of responsibility, including the executive and C-suite level.

Dr. Paul Vanderbroeck, Leadership Expert & Adjunct Professor of Leadership & HR, University of Lausanne ERSP

After a PhD in History and international career in HR, Paul is now an Executive Coach specialized in women leadership. He is passionate about helping women leaders achieve the results they want. He believes that the best way to maximize potential is by being authentic and leveraging your difference. His book on Leadership Strategies for Women was published in 2014. In 2020, The Handbook for International Career Couples appeared. Paul is himself part of an International Career Couple, father of two and currently lives in Geneva and Rome. He looks forward to sharing his know-how and experience on how to create an inclusive organization.

Kristin Engvig, Founder & CEO, WIN

A global pioneer for women and authentic leadership, Kristin created WIN 25 years ago to bring alive a vision of a more feminine, global and sustainable way at work, in communities and life. Thousands of individuals and hundreds of world-class companies have attended WIN’s live experiences. She has worked with women from all over the world and brought WIN to India, Nigeria, Japan, Middle East and most European Countries. She was recently awarded the EuroKnowledge Outstanding Women Leadership Award at the House of Lords and has also received recognition from the CEO for Life Awards, Diversity Global Magazine and the International Alliance of Women. In her early career she worked for companies such as JP Morgan, Citibank and Innovation Norway, EU and as an international strategy and marketing consultant. A business economist (BI, Oslo) with an MBA (Milan’s Bocconi), she has also completed a wealth of interdisciplinary studies including acting and yoga. She attends global meetings such as the W7 of the G7 and the Nobel Peace Prize Forum, and she also chaired the Women in Leadership meeting at the Davos SDG tent in 2020.
