Though many individuals, organizations and societies have forgotten this ancient connection, we are committed to restoring it in our own innovative ways of modern life.

It represents the potent energy of the earth and the blossoming of life, both in nature and within ourselves. For women, it's a time to honour their creative and nurturing roles, embracing the joy and sensuality of the season

Step into the vibrant energy of Beltane, a moment in the seasonal cycle where what has been quietly growing begins to blossom.

This workshop invites you to connect with what is becoming fertile in your life and leadership: your desires, your creative energy, and your inner drive to bring something meaningful into form. Aligned with the rhythm of nature, we move from vision into manifestation, nurturing what is ready to emerge with clarity, presence, and intention. Through guided reflection, shared insight, and Illuminous meditative and inner processes, part of the WIN Leadership Journey, guided through Illuminous Leadership by Kristin Engvig, we create space to activate your next steps and support what is ready to flourish.

It is a powerful session and you are warmly invited to join us.

Payment Information: WIN is headquartered in Switzerland, and payments are processed in Swiss Francs (CHF). If you prefer to pay in Euros, select “manual payment” and proceed via bank transfer or PayPal donation. While 25 CHF is often equivalent to the Euro or USD, recent fluctuations have placed it closer to 26 EUR or so. These workshop is completely free for members of the WIN Community.

LEADING WITH THE SEASONS Course:

On the path of feminine leadership, we move in harmony with nature’s regenerative cycles, breathing with the seasons, listening to the quiet wisdom held in roots, rivers, and renewal. Sourced from the earth herself, we draw a deeper strength, one that steadies us in the rush of daily life, in the call of work, and the unfolding of our becoming. Though many have forgotten this sacred rhythm, we are here to remember—and to lead from its pulse.

Just as each workshop can be taken independently, the 8 + workshop course, which culminates in a certificate, is a module within the WIN Leadership Journey. Each workshops includes meditations, activations, teachings and group exercises. You will receive your learning booklet.
