In 1997 Kristin turned a dream into reality. As the thought leader founder, Kristin ensures and protects the vision and mission of WIN to the World. She has created all the learning models, frameworks for transformation and content for the leadership development journey at WIN. She leads the WIN team into making a positive impact on societies, businesses and individuals around the world and beyond.

Senior Project Manager

Estela's commitment to WIN's vision is what drives her to to guide the team, handle daily operations, and facilitate business relationships. She manages the event execution of on-site WIN conferences and meetings, collaborating with Kristin and the WIN Team to provide exceptional events in various countries across the world.

Howard Baggot

Head of Corporate Relations

With more than 20 years of global experience, Howard is dedicated to building new relationships and creating opportunities for organizations to become part of WIN’s international ecosystem. He focuses on connecting with prospective corporate partners and sponsors, opening doors for meaningful collaborations aligned with WIN’s vision and values. Passionate about creating exceptional experiences, Howard also plays a key role in securing inspiring venues for WIN conferences around the world. During the events he is heading the technical part of our global meetings.

Ramune Lekamaviciute

Head of Network Partner Relations

Ramune brings her global and corporate experience to developing and nurturing WIN’s institutional and community partnerships, helping create meaningful collaborations that expand possibilities for all. Passionate about connection, content, and excellence, she plays an active role behind the scenes at WIN events around the world, helping ensure everything runs smoothly and seamlessly. With her sharp organizational skills and enthusiasm for IT and AI, Ramune brings innovation, precision, and thoughtful support to partner relations, plenaries, and event coordination alike.

Nguyen

Head of Global Wellbeing & Participant Relations

Minh’s commitment to WIN’s human-centred vision is reflected in the care, presence, and excellence she brings to every aspect of the participant experience. She leads the on-site team and coordinates the volunteer community, helping create a seamless and welcoming atmosphere throughout the gathering. Minh works closely with the Château hosting this year’s event, ensuring thoughtful communication, attention to detail, and a high level of care for all attendees. With her international background in health, wellbeing, and cross-cultural living, she brings warmth, elegance, and dedication to the WIN experience.

Khosravi

Creative Media Relations

Ziba supports the team with her creative work to mix the right images, videos, and other media, to create content for WIN social media pages and marketing materials. Her work has effectively conveyed WIN's principles through visually appealing designs.

Natalia

Lachininskaia

Administrator Assistant and Participant Coordinator

Natalia works behind the scenes to coordinate international participants from around the world. She supports attendees by arranging visa invitation letters, responding promptly to inquiries, and building positive, supportive relationships with participants. She also assists with administrative tasks, including managing receipts and invoices, helping to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Speaker Relations

Jewel is our diligent speaker intern and the initial point of contact for all inquiries pertaining to speakers. She is committed to offering exemplary support to our esteemed speakers throughout the entirety of the WIN events programme. Her exemplary responsibility and responsiveness are the cornerstones of her role.
