JULIANA CUSACK
CORPORATE RELATIONS
On top of helping to design and run the Leadership Journey and other WIN programmes, Juliana develops and maintains the sponsor program in order to meet the overall WIN objectives. She oversees the Corporate/Partner strategies and planning and is our main liaison with Companies around the world.


ESTELA LOPEZ
EVENTS & COMMUNITY engagement RELATIONS
Estela is our Events & Community Engagement Relations, Estela oversees the event logistics execution of the on-site Global WIN Conferences, working hand by hand with Kristin and the WIN Team to deliver outstanding events in different countries. She supervises the campaigns on our social media channels and also focus on building relationships with volunteers, interns and service providers.
TATIANA MORENO
SPEAKERS RELATIONS
As our Speakers Relations, Tatiana assures the proper presenter and coach is put in the right light for the Conferences. She is our primary point of contact for all speaker-related information, working with them right until their presentation at our event.

Julia manages WIN Participant Relations and all related communication and administration during the on site Conferences and webinars. Her thoughtful approach makes the participants feel more connected to the event and is always ready to field the questions: What? When? Where?
Jhanvi agarwal
DATA analyst intern
Jhanvi is our Data Analyst Intern, she gathers and interprets data in order to understand markets, customers and the business itself . Her meticulous approach helps maximize WIN's effectiveness through data-driven decisions.

Ximena is our Communication Intern, she develops in an innovative way the WIN brand to ensure all communications, activities and image reflect our values, pillars and purpose in order to raise our profile with our audiences and made them connect to the WIN way.
