Senior Project Manager
Estela's commitment to WIN's vision is what drives her to to guide the team, handle daily operations, and facilitate business relationships. She manages the event execution of on-site WIN conferences and meetings, collaborating with Kristin and the WIN Team to provide exceptional events in various countries across the world.

Head of Corporate Relations and Venue Liason
With more than 20 years of global experience, Howard is making sure all of our corporate sponsors and partners get a precised and carefull attention. He is very passionate about securing strong collaborations and amazing venues for our conferences.
He has also been very supporting and thoughtful with WIN event planning and preparation.

Participant Relations
Minh is our WIN Participant Relations superstar! She's always there for our participants, making them feel connected to the event and ready to answer any questions they may have.With her warm and professional approach, Minh builds strong relationships with all our WIN attendees. She has been supportive of the volounteer team during the conferences.

Creative Media Relations
Ziba supports the team with her creative work to mix the right images, videos, and other media, to create content for WIN social media pages and marketing materials. Her work has effectively conveyed WIN's principles through visually appealing designs.​

Participant Coordinator and Administrator Assistant
Natalia works behind the scenes to coordinate international participants from around the world. She supports attendees by arranging visa invitation letters, responding promptly to inquiries, and building positive, supportive relationships with participants. She also assists with administrative tasks, including managing receipts and invoices, helping to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Speaker Relations INTERN
Simran is our diligent speaker intern and the initial point of contact for all inquiries pertaining to speakers. She is committed to offering exemplary support to our esteemed speakers throughout the entirety of the WIN events programme. Her exemplary responsibility and responsiveness are the cornerstones of her role.

Network Relations Intern
Jewel is our Network Relations Intern. She works closely with the Partner-Network team to foster positive relationships between WIN and its network members, as well as with external organisations. Her meticulous and initiative-driven personality aligns strongly with WIN's values and objectives.
