By registering for this event, you will be subscribed to the WIN newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.

WIN protects and respects your privacy, and it is our goal to keep and process your personal data securely and appropriately. WIN will never share your email address or personal information with any third party.

PHOTOS, FILMING & RECORDING

Be aware that WIN events are recorded. Materials produced may be streamed, displayed online or in other ways, e.g., television or print, or used by WIN for communication purposes.
Some smaller intimate working group discussions may not be recorded.
WIN does not sell photos or videos to third parties and the material is for WIN’s own use (this include initiatives by WIN)
It is not legal to use WIN photos for your commercial purposes or advertise other events, whether commercial or non-commercial such as by the UN or associations.
We have noted that delegates may take their own photos and then distribute images or recordings via social networking sites or independent websites. WIN does not take responsibility for quotes, material or images used in this way.
Such delegates, participants including companies, organizations and associations that do share photos, videos or any other material from WIN must make reference to WIN and where such material come from.

REGISTRATION

REGISTRATION FOR THE MAIN WIN meetings are DONE on WIN’s WINCONFERENCE.NET website

Registration is not complete until all fees are paid in full. Prices, promotions, and discounts are no longer valid if fees are not paid in full by the end of the promotional period.
Participant information must be received, and profile updates must be completed ten days before the event start day to guarantee inclusion in the WIN Conference book and event app.
Registration with a Code: Participants in possession of a coupon code still must complete the registration process on the website. Codes only apply to the conference fee. Any fees for possible additional pre- and post-conference events must be paid. All codes allocated to individual participants, groups and companies must be used no later than 15 days before event.
When applicable, conference fees do not include travel, parking, accommodation, and pre and post conference meals. Only meals that are part of the official programme are included in the price.
Late Registrations: Registrations made and paid for after two weeks prior to the event are subject to any additional administrative fee and referred to as Door Price.
Substitutions: Transferring a ticket to another person is always possible upon payment of the possible variation in price if substitution takes place in a different promotion or price period.
By registering for this event as a participant, one will be subscribed to the WIN newsletter coming from WIN or from Kristin Engvig. One can unsubscribe at any time. 17-19 September 2025

Deadline for payment and application of late fee as per indicated on the registration page of the website.

Registrations paid and received after 12 September 2025 are subject to an additional administrative fee.

Deadline for use of registration codes as indicated on the information sent by the WIN team, typically 15 days ahead of the event.

All registration codes allocated to participants and companies must be used. They can not be transferred to another year.

Deadline to transfer ticket . All ticket transfers must be completed. They can not be transferred to another year

PAYMENTS

Payments through the WIX registration website are charged in CHF. To pay in Euro e.g. for donations, bank transfer is requested. It is also possible to pay in Euro via Pay Pall on our donation page.
Full payment must be received prior to the commencement of the conference. We reserve the right to refuse admission to the conference or membership meetings if payment has not been received.
Bank Transfer: Conference and membership fees must be received within the respective pricing period deadline in order to be considered as such. For example, if the registration is made during the Flash Sales period, but the payment is not received before the Flash Sales deadline, then the delegate will have to pay the amount of the next pricing period and participants will be invoiced the difference. All banking fees are to be covered by the participant. If WIN does not receive the full conference fee, you will be invoiced the difference.
Credit Card: Payment by credit card must be done at the time of registration
For US companies or participants working at a US entity: You may be obliged to fill accordingly all documentation related to IRS (Ex: W-8BEN-E form, etc) or any procedures related to attending a conference abroad. WIN must receive the full payment and cannot be responsible for withholding taxes the US may apply to a transaction done to the company or participant in question.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation of your participation: All cancellations must be confirmed by email. If you choose to cancel your participation in the Global WINConference, WIN High Level Gathering on any other WIN event online or in person, you can still enjoy the pre, post and main event recordings. Starting 5 days after your registration, no refund is possible. Cancelled registrations may be transferred to another person, as detailed above.
Non-attendance: In the event of non-attendance, you will be liable for the full cost of the registration, if payment was not done it will be invoiced when registration was completed. No refund shall be given.
If the participant registers for the conference but is only able to attend one day, no partial refunds can be given. WIN does not allow shared registrations.
In the event of unexpected circumstances, you may at our discretion, be transferred to another WIN event and small administrative fee. This also depends on our suppliers’ flexibility and whether WIN can waive this fee if the WIN organization has already incurred costs.
We recommend you have insurance in case you believe you might have to cancel last minute.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Force Majeure: WIN may terminate the sponsor partnership and participant contract with immediate effect and without any prior warning if, due to political or other circumstances (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics), the Swiss Foreign Affairs Office or the EU or US State Department advise it. If this happens, WIN reserves the right to postpone, shorten or alter the duration of events, meetings, workshops and conferences. Typically for in-person events, they may simply be run on-line. If no such alternative option can be arranged due to time constraints, natural disaster or other, WIN will keep 85% of the sum of the sponsorship and participant fees to pay expenses derivate of publicity and other internal costs until 2 months prior to the event. After this date, WIN is obliged to keep 100% of the payment. This because WIN will have obligations with hotels, food, salaries and running costs that it will no longer be possible to cancel.
General:
- The laws of Canton of Vaud, Switzerland governs the terms of this agreement.
- WIN shall not be held responsible for personal accidents, illness, theft, losses or damage to private property.
- WIN expects to confirm the format of in-person and online event elements by mid-June, in-person event components are not guaranteed.
- While every attempt will be made to ensure that all aspects of any WIN meeting, event, programme, gathering, conference, workshops mentioned will take place as scheduled, WIN reserves the right to make last minute changes without prior notice should the need arise.
- It may be necessary, for reasons beyond the control of WIN, to change the content and timing of the programme, the date, the venue or the speaker(s).

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Intellectual Property

Materials relating to all WIN events, meetings, conference on-line or in-person, presented before, during or after the event, is subject to copyright and intellectual property rights. This includes the WIN brochure, card, books, booklets, agenda, learning books, conference books, learning model, text on website, in apps and all other creations made by WIN on and off-line. The entire WIN learning model, methodology and concept is copyrighted. The copyright in these materials remains the property of WIN and may not be reproduced in any format without the prior written permission of WIN.

Brand

The WIN name and logo are copyrighted and trademarked. To use them legally for your meeting, event, or network, you must apply for legal use and a license, just like you would do to use any other global brands such as IBM, The Red Cross, TED, or Starbucks.

In the name of Women's Empowerment and Empowered Women, we ask for integrity in your application for legal use of WIN. WIN has paid thousands and thousands for those rights over many many years.

Unapproved use of the name or logo is considered infringement, illegal, and subject to legal action..
