At WIN, we propose a new model for leadership: the Modern Renaissance Leader. She is the leader of today and tomorrow, one who integrates emotional, spiritual, physical, and intellectual intelligence. She leads from her belly, her head, and her heart. Her soul essence is what we call authenticity.
Through this journey, guided by WIN’s founder Kristin Engvig, women are invited to awaken their feminine wisdom, express themselves with courage and care, and reclaim their innate creativity and wholeness. These powerful circles, seasonal programs (Leading with the Seasons), and immersive study tours, including transformational journeys to India offer healing, connection, and a return to self.

At each WIN Gathering, you receive a learning and discovery journal and join a series of pre-conference workshops. The workshops on Your Story culminate into each person's presentation at the Global WIN. Or, if you cannot join, shared in a workshop separately. We also hold workshops on Inclusion, Authenticity, Creativity, Interconnection and Possibility as well as WIN's pillars and framework for change.

Women's Day special
The International Women’s Day (IWD) theme, as announced by the UN for 8 March is: Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress.
The theme celebrates the tremendous efforts by women around the world towards a thriving and sustainable future. This meeting explores the impact of women in leadership and how we inspire and empower others to live up to their full potential and leave a mark on their organisations, companies and the world.
It also looks at value and the critical factor of having resources, including monetary ones, and what proper investments in women can do to our planet, organisations and lives.
