By registering for the 2026 Global WINConference or any of WIN's meetings, gatherings and programmes you are liable for the full conference fee.

PHOTOS, FILMING & RECORDING
WIN events are recorded, and materials produced by WIN may be streamed, displayed online, or used in other formats (e.g. digital platforms, print, or media) for communication purposes.
Some smaller or more intimate group sessions may, at times, not be recorded. This will be communicated where applicable.
Recordings are typically made available for a limited period (usually one month after the event), unless otherwise communicated.
WIN does not sell photos or videos to third parties.
All materials are solely for WIN’s own use, including its initiatives, projects, and affiliated activities.
WIN materials (including photos and videos) may not be used by third parties, participants, or partners for external promotion or to advertise other events, whether commercial or non-commercial, without prior written permission.
WIN is not responsible for any content, quotes, images, or recordings shared by participants on external platforms for private use.
Individual participants may take photos and share them via personal or social channels for non-commercial, private purposes only. Reference to WIN is highly appropriate.
Any form of official, press, media, influencer, or commercial communication activity, including interviews, filming, or recording content intended for public distribution, requires prior written approval from WIN and may only be conducted under an agreed press accreditation or communication arrangement.

REGISTRATION
REGISTRATION FOR THE MAIN WIN MEETING ARE COMPLETED ON WIN’S WINCONFERENCE.NET WEBSITE

Registration is not complete until all fees are paid in full. Prices, promotions, and discounts are no longer valid if fees are not paid in full by the end of the promotional period.

Participant information must be received, and profile updates must be completed ten days before the event start day to guarantee inclusion in the WIN Conference book and event app.

Registration with a Code: Participants in possession of a coupon code still must complete the registration process on the website. Codes only apply to the conference fee. Any fees for possible additional pre- and post-conference events must be paid. All codes allocated to individual participants, groups and companies must be used no later than 15 days before event.

When applicable, conference fees do not include travel, parking, accommodation, and pre and post conference meals. Only meals that are part of the official programme are included in the price.

Late Registrations: Registrations made and paid for after four days prior to the event are subject to any additional administrative fee and referred to as Door Price.

Substitutions: Transferring a ticket to another participant is permitted at any time, subject to payment of any applicable difference in price if the substitution falls under a different pricing period or promotion.

By registering for this event as a participant, one will be subscribed to the WIN newsletter coming from WIN or from Kristin Engvig. One can unsubscribe at any time. WIN protects and respects organization and individual privacy, and it is our goal to keep and process personal data securely and appropriately.

Deadline for payment and application of late fee as per indicated on the registration page of the website.
Registrations paid and received after 12 September 2026 are subject to an additional administrative fee.
Deadline for use of registration codes as indicated on the information sent by the WIN team, typically 15 days ahead of the event.
All registration codes allocated to participants and companies must be used. They can not be transferred to another year. They can be transferred to the scholarship fund.
Deadline to transfer ticket to another person must be respected (see above). All ticket transfers must be completed. They can not be transferred to another year
PAYMENTS
Payments through the WIX registration website are charged in CHF.
To pay in Euro e.g. for donations, bank transfer is requested. It is also possible to pay in Euro via Pay Pal on our donation page.
Full payment must be received prior to the commencement of the conference or any WIN events, programmes, journeys and workshops. We reserve the right to refuse admission to the conference or membership meetings/events if payment has not been received.
Bank Transfer: Conference and membership fees must be received within the respective pricing period deadline in order to be considered as such. For example, if the registration is made during the Flash Sales period, but the payment is not received before the Flash Sales deadline, then the delegate will have to pay the amount of the next pricing period and participants will be invoiced the difference. All banking fees are to be covered by the participant. If WIN does not receive the full conference fee, you will be invoiced the difference.
Credit Card: Payment by credit card must be completed at the time of registration. Applicable transaction fees charge by the credit card provider and payment terminal, may be shared between WIN and the participant, as indicated during the registration process.
US entities:
Participants or companies operating under a US entity may be required to complete relevant IRS documentation (e.g. W-8BEN-E) or other procedures related to international transactions. WIN must receive the full invoiced amount and is not responsible for any withholding taxes applied by external authorities.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation of your participation: All cancellations must be confirmed by email. If you choose to cancel your participation in the Global WINConference, WIN High Level Gathering on any other WIN event online or in person, you can still enjoy the pre, post and main event recordings.
Starting 5 days after your registration, no refund is possible. With registrations done 5 days or less, prior to the conference, no cancellation refund is possible. Cancelled registrations may be transferred to another person, as detailed above.
Non-attendance: In the event of non-attendance, you will be liable for the full cost of the registration, if payment was not done it will be invoiced when registration was completed. No refund shall be given.
If the participant registers for the conference but is only able to attend one day, no partial refunds can be given. WIN does not allow shared registrations.
We recommend you have insurance in case you believe you might have to cancel last minute.
Insurance
Participants are responsible for arranging their own insurance where appropriate, including in cases of illness, travel disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent attendance. In the event a participant have to submit a cancellation, participants may transfer their ticket to a colleague or another participant, or choose to donate it to the WIN scholarship fund.

GENERAL
The laws of Canton of Vaud, Switzerland governs the terms of this agreement.
WIN shall not be held responsible for personal accidents, illness, theft, losses or damage to personal or partner company property.
While every effort will be made to ensure that events take place as scheduled, WIN reserves the right to adjust programme, timing, venue, speakers, and event format (including online or hybrid) as needed.
In the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control (including, but not limited to, natural disasters, geopolitical events, or public health situations), WIN reserves the right to adapt the conference format (including moving to an online or hybrid setting), as well as to modify, postpone, or otherwise alter the event.
Such decisions may be taken in response to recommendations or directives from relevant authorities, including the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA) or other applicable governmental bodies.
In such cases, WIN will adjust participation and partnership elements accordingly, while maintaining the overall integrity and value of the offering. Typically the event will run on-line.
If no alternative format or rescheduling is reasonably possible due to such circumstances, WIN reserves the right to retain a portion of participation fees to cover costs already incurred, including investments related to communication, salaries, office costs, programme development, and event delivery:
Up to 3.5 months prior to the event: up to 85% of the total fee
Within 3.5 months of the event: up to 100% of the total fee
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Intellectual Property
Materials relating to all WIN events, meetings, conference on-line or in-person, presented before, during or after the event, is subject to copyright and intellectual property rights. This includes, but not limited to, the WIN Concepts, writing, methodology, learning models, brochures, publications, agendas, books, digital content, website material, working processes, and all other content cread by WIN and Kristin Engvig.
The entire WIN learning model, methodology and concept is copyrighted. The copyright in these materials remains the property of WIN and Kristin Engvig and may not be reproduced, distributed or used in any format without the prior written permission of WIN.
Brand

The name WIN™ © ™, WIN Inspiring Women Worldwide, Founded in 1997 as Women’s Women’s International Networking, the Globe Logo, and associated branding elements are registered trademarks owned by WIN Sàrl in Lausanne and protected worldwide.

Use of the WIN ® ™name, logo, or brand elements requires prior written approval and must comply with WIN’s brand guidelines.

Organizations operating or referring to a WIN network are encouraged to register with WIN™ to ensure compliant and appropriate use of the brand.
