Creating Anchors, Wellbeing and Shared Vision

What does it mean to lead today? With increased political and economic risk in our external environment, how can we stay grounded and feel secure no matter what happens?

Pioneering and leading always involves taking a risk and stepping into the unknown. We have seen examples throughout history, in our own lives and that of others.

What gives us a secure base to feel comfortable when the environment around us feels uncertain, when we need to make decisions, whether on behalf of our organisations or ourselves in today's society?

We have chosen to focus on the following three areas for the workshop:

•  Creating anchors:When everything around you feels uncertain, what anchors can you create?
•  Creating space for wellness: How can we take better care of the people in our organisations to ensure the wellbeing of all, including you - whether leading others or simply yourself?
•  Creating shared visions:What can we do to create a shared vision and pockets of hope that inspire everyone to move forward in a way that allows everyone to thrive?

The meeting will include a panel of experts, the acclaimed WIN Mentoring Circles.
