As part of the WIN global feminine leadership journey, we continue to raise awareness and reconnect with what we at WIN call feminine intelligence. We intentionally align with nature’s regenerative cycles, drawing strength and wisdom from its rhythms to guide our leadership and lives. Rooted in nature, we are supported by the seasons—gaining resilience and clarity for the challenges of daily life, work, and the world. While many individuals, organizations, and societies have forgotten this ancient connection, we are committed to restoring it through innovative, modern approaches. As always at WIN, it is about wholeness—bringing together the masculine and feminine, the inner and the outer, the individual and the collective, the journey and the destination—into harmony.

Payment Information: WIN is headquartered in Switzerland, and payments are processed in Swiss Francs (CHF). LEADING WITH THE SEASONS Course

On the path of feminine leadership, we move in harmony with nature’s regenerative cycles—breathing with the seasons, listening to the quiet wisdom held in roots, rivers, and renewal. Sourced from the earth herself, we draw upon a deeper strength—one that steadies us amidst the pace of daily life, the demands of work, and the unfolding of our becoming.

There is an intelligence we reconnect with—alive within us and present in all living systems, including the planet itself. It functions as an inner navigation system—subtle, wise, and powerful—guiding us when we remember to listen. Even in modern life, with its speed, technology, and AI, this deep feminine knowing is available to us—perhaps now more than ever—as a source of clarity and resilience in a time of accelerated change.

Though many have forgotten this sacred rhythm, we are here to remember—and to lead from its pulse.

Each workshop may be taken independently, or as part of the full four-part course, which culminates in a certificate and forms a key module within the WIN Leadership Journey at our Centre for Excellence.

Each workshop includes meditations, activations, teachings, and group practices. Participants will also receive a dedicated learning booklet to accompany their experience.
