WIN is a high-quality initiative with deep roots and a global presence. It began almost 30 years ago to empower and restore the feminine intelligence and connect women leaders in the world, in their work and in their lives. It is not a one off phenomenon nor a recent fad. It is a vision and a way inspiring women worldwide. Some of our programmes attract mostly women and other meetings are specifically designed for everyone, such as all of our corporate programmes. We are moving towards a world that works for all and at WIN we continue to welcome women and men as we WIN-Together.
